Navigating the world of health and fitness can be an intimidating task; especially for those with goals that seem overwhelming or who find themselves limited in what they can do. My belief is that this journey should not simply be about looking your best. I believe that strength training, corrective exercise, and diet should be treated as a means to heal and thrive.

About Me

From a young age, there's nothing I've loved more than being physically active. Playing competitive soccer growing up left me constantly craving intense physical activity (kickboxing, rock climbing, heavy lifting, the list goes on) as I got into adulthood. It brought me joy and helped quiet my racing mind. However, as I got older, I developed chronic health conditions that left me unable to partake in the activities I enjoyed. I found myself in chronic states of pain and anxiety, and if I partook in any intense exercise I would get ill the next day.

Not wanting to give up what I love, I learned to shift my focus from the most intense exercise possible to using exercise and diet, along with other healing modalities, to bring my body into balance. This is the approach I now use when I work with clients. While I still love working with clients who want more intense exercise, my primary focus is supporting clients to rebalance their bodies and minds so they can do the things they love and perform at their best. To me there's nothing more gratifying than helping someone regain what they've lost or to help them heal and feel better day to day than they ever have before!
